We understand that sometimes an item purchased online may not be exactly what you wanted or may not meet your expectations. For this reason, we offer a flexible return policy to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without the need to provide any explanation. To exercise this right, please contact us by email at info.egidioundewear@gmail.com indicating the order number and the details of the product you intend to return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or does not conform to the description provided.
• Once we have received the returned products and verified their integrity, we will proceed with the refund via the original payment method within 14 days.

ITEMS EXCLUDED

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, opened and used sleepwear and home textiles cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

REFUNDS

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and after verifying the condition of the products. We will inform you via email as soon as the refund has been processed.
